Precision and consistency are the hallmark of MINNESOTA Letters.
Injection molding creates sharp, clean edges, precise uniform consistency; and
greater thickness for a very stable, sturdy letter.
Injection molded MINNESOTA Letters are based on an all-natural plastic called
Cellulose Ascetate Butyrate (CAB), derived from cotton and wood fibers making it
stronger and more durable than acrylic. Guaranteed not to fade or break,
MINNESOTA Letters are stocked in pigmented white and black. Standard
colors are painted (click the "View Colors" link). Custom color matching is available.

Illuminated
LettersChannel letters are not the only form
of illuminated letters. Many of Gemini's standard letter families
are able to be backlit using L.E.D. technology. Minnesota Formed and
Cast letters all are made with a recessed back that allows for insertion
of L.E.D.'s.
Generally, only letters over 12" have a wide enough
stroke and depth to house L.E.D.'s. We recommend considerable
planning before attempting to install any backlit Gemini dimensional
letter with L.E.D.'s. |
